LOCAL PICKUP 

• To opt for local pickup, choose that as your shipping method at the checkout.
• The address will be provided in a second email when your order is ready for collection. In the same email, a square booking link is provided. If the times are not suitable, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
• All pickups are in Gregory Hills NSW at a residential location.
• By APPOINTMENT ONLY. As we are a home-business, we do not allow pickups without an appointment.

SHIPPING

It is your responsibility that you allocate enough time for shipping for your event.

Shipping is only available within Australia using our shipping Partner Australia Post.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days this excludes weekends and public holidays. All items are shipped from Gregory Hills, NSW.

Estimated delivery times:

· Sydney takes 1 – 5 business days

· Other major cities take between 3-7 business days

· Rural areas take 8 – 13 business days

Tracking numbers:

All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email within 24 hours of being shipped

Express shipping is not available for cannons and Fire Extinguishers outside of Sydney due to the nature of the product

After receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will send you another notification when your order has been shipped including details on how to track your order.
