Refund Policy

We hope you love what you have ordered!

However, if you are not satisfied with the product. We gladly accept returns within 14 days (not including AfterPay orders) of receiving your order or being delivered to your Australia Post depot. For AfterPay orders, we can process a refund if the good has a major problem such as damage which we cannot repair or replace in line with Fair Trading and Australian Consumer Laws..

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For any damages and issues, please inspect the products when received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if the wrong product was received so that we can assist you right away!

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

To lodge a return, please contact us at info@babygendersurprise.com.au. If your item/s are eligible for a return, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package to.

Items sent to us without being lodged for a return will not be accepted.

Items which cannot be returned/refunded

Custom/Final Sale Products

Various types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (like fire extinguishers with custom writing or balloons already filled with helium). We are also unable to accept returns of items which contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure about your product

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift vouchers or any AfterPay orders from change of mind.

Change of Mind – AFTERPAY ORDERS ONLY

No refunds are provided for a change of mind for AfterPay Orders. Circumstances where orders are placed for the wrong items or change of mind, we can gladly exchange it for other product/s (depending on availability) or issue a credit note.

Exchanges

So that you can receive your products as soon as possible, please lodge a return via email and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds

We will contact you via email once we have received, inspected and accepted your products. Once accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be mindful of the processing times for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
