We hope you love what you have ordered!

However, if you are not satisfied with the product. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order or being delivered to your Australia Post depot.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For any damages and issues, please inspect the products when received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if the wrong product was received so that we can assist you right away!

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Items sent to us without being lodged for a return will not be accepted.

Items which cannot be returned

Various types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods (like plants or foods) and custom products (like special orders). We are also unable to accept returns of items which contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you are unsure about your product

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift vouchers.


So that you can receive your products as soon as possible, please lodge a return via email and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.


We will contact you via email once we have received, inspected and accepted your products. Once accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be mindful of the processing times for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
